Cancer-Focused Research

For over a decade my research laboratory has focused on vascular formation and angiogenesis. A particular emphasis in my laboratory has recently been analysis of neovascularization in physiological and pathological settings using mice as a model system. My laboratory is recognized for studies highlighting the role of a family of transcription factors termed Forkhead/Fox in diverse biological processes.
