Karen Kinahan to Present at International Pediatric Cardio-Oncology Conference
On Saturday, October 22, Karen Kinahan, DNP, APN, FNP-BC, will present to thought-leaders, practitioners, and advocates in the field of pediatric cardio-oncology, at the First International Pediatric Cardio-Oncology Conference in Cincinnati.
Kinahan, a Nurse Practitioner with expertise in the late effects of childhood cancer, will discuss the “Management of Adult Survivors of Childhood Cancer: Lessons Learned from Lurie Cancer Center’s STAR Program at Northwestern Medicine” during the session focused on “Partnering with Advanced Practice Providers in the Care of Cardio-Oncology Patients” at 9:30 a.m. Central Time.
