The Lurie Cancer Center is partnering with Chill, a Chicago-based meditation organization, to support our patients and staff by providing complimentary access to their app, Chill Anywhere.
Chill Anywhere provides:
- Over 400 on demand meditation and yoga videos exploring stress and anxiety management, rest, relationships, and more
- Daily live-streamed classes
- A journal to reflect on your practice and track your goals
