The Cancer Prevention and Control Division of Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center of Northwestern University includes faculty whose research focuses on identification of modifiable lifestyle factors, gene-environment interactions and chemopreventive agents for cancer prevention, development of state-of-the-art technologies for early cancer detection and successful strategies for improving communication of cancer risk and care, palliative care, treatment outcomes and quality of life for cancer patients.
