MEN-1 Survey

Dr. Cord Sturgeon at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine is working with the American Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia Support Group to learn more about the experience of living with and being treated for MEN-1. His research team has created a survey (Northwestern IRB Number: STU00202810) that includes some basic questions about yourself, your diagnosis and treatment, and aspects of your quality of life. Anyone who is 18 years or older with MEN-1 is welcome to participate. The survey should only take 5-15 minutes to complete, and all of your responses will be anonymous. Click here to participate in the survey

Parking is available at Northwestern Memorial Hospital's Huron/St. Clair Garage, 222 E. Huron St. (Google map) and at the Erie / Ontario Garage, 321 E. Erie (Google map). Discounted passes can be purchased for $7 at the registration table.
